Things are changing at the drop of a dime right now for everyone. Just as we think we are getting back to a little more normalcy, it’s time to pivot again. But whatever the challenges are for us, the challenges are even greater for kids with physical disabilities and their families. It is up to us to keep pushing forward to ensure that Easter Seals kids continue to receive the support they need to live safely and with dignity during these challenging times. With that in mind, we have developed this opportunity that allows you to continue to show your support for Easter Seals kids while getting out and exploring your community in a safe and socially distanced manner.
The Event
Visit 19 destinations centered around the heart of the community, Main St and Fairy Lake. Businesses and areas along the path will have posters displayed for those registered to play. Use the app on your phone to experience an augmented reality video from an Easter Seals child and a community mentor, then take part in the trivia challenge throughout.

Register using the buttons below. You will receive a confirmation email with a video message showing you how to get the free app, the map of the locations, and any other instructions you may need to know to participate.
The Walk/Run to Discover Newmarket will start on May 22. Participants can complete the route at their own pace, choosing to visit the destinations in whatever order and at whatever time they prefer. Complete the route in an hour or take the full 10 days – it’s all up to you! Participants who submit their answers through the app will have their names entered into a draw for the chance to win a variety of exciting prizes.
How to Take Part in the Event

2. Follow the map in whatever order you would like to find the posters.
3. Open the app, click the AR button & hover your camera over the image on the sign.
4. Watch the video, and get your question
5. Click the button, enter your Location # & answer to get entered into the draw!
6. Move on to the next question!
