Join us on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. at The Great Lakes Museum
This will be a fun-filled evening, under The Lights on the Lake, as we take you on a little tour of the newly renovated Great Lakes Museum. You will meet some of the families Easter Seals Ontario serves while taking a voyage to Camp Merrywood with some camp staff as they share their stories of how being a counsellor has forever changed and inspired them.
Visit our services room to see how your donations, sponsorships, and contributions to Easter Seals are used, and how your support can forever change the future for Easter Seals kids and their families.
Enjoy a beverage as you listen to our guest speaker Linda Thom share her journey of becoming a Canadian Olympian while Ottercreek Farms tantalizes your tastebuds with some appetizers and canapes.
We will have three feature trees at the event, which you will have the opportunity to win including all the gifts on and under the tree! This special evening is a way to showcase how much your support means to families like mine. I hope you feel inspired enough to invite a friend and come out and enjoy a fabulous evening among friends.
Join us for a beverage, enjoy wonderful food, meet some Easter Seals families and friends, and enjoy a dance under the Lights on the Lake while visiting our special guest, the S.S. Keewatin, which will be lit up to celebrate the night with us.

What we do
At Easter Seals Ontario, we support children and youth with a range of long-term physical disabilities and medical conditions, including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, muscular dystrophy, spinal muscular atrophy, Rett syndrome, and spinal cord injuries. These conditions can have a variety of causes, but all result in physical disabilities that impact a child’s ability to participate in the world. Despite these challenges, the kids we serve are ambitious, independent, and resourceful, with a strong desire to find their place in the world. Our role is to provide them with the tools and support they need to empower themselves and achieve their goals.
