Follows Strength & Fitness, in collaboration with Easter Seals Ontario, presents this special event in support of kids with physical disabilities in the Kingston community and across the province. Join us for our Bench Press tournament on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at Follows Strength & Fitness in Kingston, Ontario.
Follows Strength & Fitness is Kingston’s Elite Private Gym on a mission to help individuals recognize their true potential.
Come out for a fun-filled day!
Sign up to lift or watch some amazing bench pressing, all in support of a good cause. Incredible prizes and special guest appearances will be announced soon!
Entry into the contest is $50. You must sign up online to be able to participate. We will be capping the event at 65 lifters.
Sign up before the spots fill up! We will be dividing the event into 5 flights (groups) of 13 lifters.
Spectator admission is free, but donations to Easter Seals Ontario will be accepted at the door. All proceeds from this event will help support Easter Seals Ontario’s vital programs and services.

Gym will remain open until 6 p.m. for attendees to spend time hanging out.
