About Snowarama

Snowarama for Easter Seals Kids is the annual snowmobiling fundraising event, which takes place in over 30 communities across Ontario, in support of Ontario´s children and youth with physical disabilities. Easter Seals is proud to celebrate over 30 years of community commitment, dedicated to Snowarama for Easter Seals Kids.

Highlights:

• Snowarama combines winter fun and community spirit, as participants collect pledges in support of Easter Seals kids.
• Famous wrestler Whipper Billy Watson started Snowarama in 1975, raising over $130,000 in its first year with 12 events across Ontario.
• Snowarama for Easter Seals Kids offers an opportunity to design your own community fundraising event, with support from Easter Seals!
• Includes snowmobiling fun for thrill-seekers to ride 100+ km of picturesque, OFSC groomed snowmobile trails across Ontario.
• Includes Nordic ski events in some locations throughout the province.
• Many local events provide breakfast, a barbecue, hot chocolate and stops throughout the day to refresh and refuel the committed participants.
