Smitty’s Family Restaurant & Lounge, located at 2376 Princess St. in Kingston, ON, is once again supporting March is Easter Seals Month and helping kids with physical disabilities and their families.
In 2021 Smitty’s raised a total of $5,083.53 for Easter Seals kids!
In honour of Shrove Tuesday (February 16, 2021), otherwise known as Pancake Tuesday, Smitty’s is holding its 23rd Annual Pancake Days in Kingston. However, due to restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, Smitty’s has had to make some changes to the format of this longstanding fundraiser. This year, a Short Stack of Smitty’s Classic Buttermilk Pancakes (for $9.99) will be available (either take-out only or dine-in with limited seating) all day (9 a.m. to 7 p.m.) from Tuesday, February 16 until Sunday, February 28, 2021. For every order purchased, Smitty’s will donate all $9.99 to the Easter Seals kids.
A Message from the Smitty’s Team:
We realize in these difficult times when we are all making so many personal sacrifices, it is harder than ever to reach out and help others. However, the needs for kids with physical disabilities and their families have never been greater. Therefore, Basilia and I are also donating $1,000 personally, not as owners of Smitty’s, but simply as Kingstonians.
