Toronto, ON, October 3, 2013 — Easter Seals Ontario is pleased to invite sponsors of the 2013 Easter Seals Gala Ball to an exclusive afternoon with internationally renowned Chef and Restaurateur Daniel Boulud on Sunday, November 3 at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto for the launch of his new book, Daniel: My French Cuisine. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet and greet Daniel Boulud as well as received a signed copy of Daniel, his new personal cookbook on the art of French cuisine. The event will take place from 11:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. in dbar, with cocktails and appetizers designed by Daniel Boulud.

Daniel Boulud is Chef and owner of several award-winning restaurants and the Feast & Fêtes catering company. Considered one of America’s leading culinary authorities, he is renowned for his contemporary style rooted in traditional French cuisine. His restaurants include locations in New York City; Palm Beach and Miami, Florida; Beijing; Singapore; London, UK; Montreal and Las Vegas in 2014. Daniel Boulud also created Café Boulud at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto in 2012.
The 26th Easter Seals Gala Ball will be held on Friday, November 22, 2013 at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto and will be emceed by Citytv Breakfast Television’s Kevin Frankish. The annual black-tie fundraiser is attended by more than 300 of Toronto’s corporate community and philanthropic leaders; funds raised at the event provide financial assistance to children and youth with physical disabilities in Ontario. This year’s Speakeasy theme will feature Prohibition era entertainment including a cocktail reception, dinner, live entertainment by Juno-winning R&B singer Sean Jones, live and silent auctions and a speakeasy lounge. Easter Seals is proud to have the long-standing support of BMO Financial Group, KPMG, Ernst & Young, TD Canada Trust and McCarthy Tetrault.
Easter Seals Ontario is a registered charity focused on children with physical disabilities.
