Easter Seals Ontario is proud to celebrate 90 years of helping children with physical disabilities.
On November 28, 1922, representatives from 10 Rotary Clubs met in Windsor, Ontario to discuss the inadequate resources and support available for the province’s children with physical disabilities. Recognizing a need for action, they formed the Ontario Society for Crippled Children, today known as Easter Seals Ontario.
For 90 years, Easter Seals has played an important role in providing support for children and youth with physical disabilities. Thanks to our generous donors, we continue to offer programs that allow kids to experience freedom, independence and a sense of accomplishment. For families, Easter Seals is somewhere to turn to for help when they need it. Your support means so much to these children and their families.
To celebrate this milestone, we will feature 90 testimonials from Easter Seals supporters, unveiled one at a time until our 90th anniversary on November 28, 2012.
