Rogers Conn Smythe Sports Celebrities Dinner & Auction
The Rogers Conn Smythe Sports Celebrities Dinner & Auction is Canada’s most successful and prestigious sports dinner. The event began in 1951 by a group of sportscasters and writers to kick-off Easter Seals’ annual fundraising campaign. In 1980, the dinner was renamed following the death of longtime Easter Seals supporter, Conn Smythe. The star-studded occasion hosts some of the world’s greatest athletes and continues to draw the biggest names in sports to grace its stage. The event’s silent auction is known as Canada’s best and largest sports memorabilia auction with more than 300 pieces.
